this might sound like a daft idea, but I had this problem and if it's not any patches you're missing you could've overloaded your CPUHi guys,
Whenever I try and play something on Youtube or Windows Media Player the sound jitters and lags. The problem is made worse when I try to do something else on the computer or move the mouse cursor. I can't pinpoint when this started but it wasn't always like this, in fact, I haven't had a problem with audio before which is why I'm baffled!
I've tried everything I can think of from re-installing drivers to system restoring to a date where I knew I didn't have an audio issue. I can't think what's going on so I'm looking for suggestions as to what to try next!
+11REP for anybody who helps!
or sometimes deleting all of your internet history works. I have no idea with the logic behind it but it worked for me.
superhappy.
Are them connections on the "main" motherboard? i.e next to your onboard video output or further down in the case?
EDIT: I really should reload the page instead of sitting on it for half an hour.
Erm, does the jittering happen all the time?
