If I was Paul I would Find someone that Can Manage Habbo properly and move down to a lower position.

Why were you never this vocal during the Council?I wouldn't rely on Social Media sites such as Twitter and Facebook to interact with players of the games I'm meant to run - I would go on the hotel like I did in the Habbo Council stage, listen to people, set up small focus groups like Yurre did to find out what players want to see, I'd listen to them and be level headed about the whole situation. Somethings I may not agree with and yes they may not all come back as features but at least I'd be listening and it would be easier to get rapid responses back, quicker than it was on Twitter.
I'd attempt to bring back articles, people seemed interested in them and again it's unfair on players who don't use Twitter and Facebook missing out on them just because we advertise them on there - if we can't bring them back then that's not the end, we'll provide the links to the competitions or set up something else to ensure everyone has a fair chance; we can bring back the Minimails to ensure everyone can read the news if they want to.
Employ someone that's key role is to go on Habbo, hold conversations with people playing if they wish, visit rooms and ultimately decide which rooms deserve to be competition rooms and which don't - make sure it's as fair as possible, anyone without the set guidelines will be removed from the competition and bans could be issued (from competitions, not the game) as cheating isn't something we promote.
Expand competitions on Habbo, instead of doing prizes and campaigns whereby players can receive a Super Rare, as opposed to furni that will just decrease in value when there's too many of them on the hotel. I would also ensure that Collectibles would not be rereleased; even as a competition or campaign such as Big Ben, Dizziti, Astro-Bar and Ghostly Organ.
I'd stick to promises former managers did, the Limited Edition Rares that have already been will not be released again, the numbers will stay - Petal Patches won't be released into the Catalogue and we'll try keep the Classical Rares we already have; we need an economy on Habbo for it to work.
Bring back MarketPlace Ads, although this would be frowned by a lot, one VIP feature is that you get free Ads whereas those without shouldn't yet they do; either bring it back or remove it from the VIP features list.
Treat fansites the same as you would other hotels and other games operated by the Sulake name; don't ban people for advertising, they make Habbo a lot more popular than it should be, allow fansite competitions, battle of the fansites if you will and continue to email them with new stories and such.
Allow fansites to write news about anything on Habbo without snide remarks from myself after they occur; I won't lie and say somethings aren't true when they are; I won't build a rod for my own back anymore and I'll make sure I'm available as much as I can.
Update the MarketPlace so that whatever item you want, it displays the average of it regardless of whether or not you have the item or there is or isn't one in there already.
Bring more campaigns that people want to see, use UserVoice to the end to ensure I go through every comment and keep looking back at The Great Unmute comments we did, I promised I would read them all!
With competitions, make better prizes, do things like Fast Food; we gain a Super Rare if we win that or get randomly selected - expand that to other things and make sure people's activity improves because of it. Do it for room competitions and more; players spend 1000s of Credits on them and then they just win a badge that 9, 99 or more have too.
I would make Monster Plants count towards your pet badge to ensure you can gain that way.
I would bring bulk Credit purchases, I wouldn't remove the tax as personally I don't mind it, unless lots disagree then I would fully support it, make it so that for 101c you can buy 100 Bronze, 10 Gold, 20 Silver, 5 Sacks or 2 Gold Bars. Bring bulk offers like furni to Credits to get discounts too, it would help a lot knowing players are getting better value.
All those achievements players can't get anymore, I'll find a way so they can, you want to get the badge for Fireworks? Just set them off, a great alternative to it. Those old quests, we'll find a way.
Train or end contracts with moderation; bring either more experienced or get rid of those not pulling their weight and also improve customer support. Change the way tickets are run and ensure all are dealt with, without being closed or merged first. Dependent on bans, give people second chances and have set guidelines on ban times so that people aren't getting perms for being sexual.
Sexual, bullying and racism could be mutes, up to 24 hour bans but no more - they should learn after the first time.
Advertising Retros - always looked into, maybe a week or month ban at the top, they'd know not to do it again and they might not even be a retro to begin with.
Selling accounts - perm, can be dealt with in good time, they're going against the Habbo way much more than others but again can be appealed.
Don't ignore tweets or messages regardless of how many we get - ensure everyone is listened to and instead of going on about toast or stupid things on Twitter, actually read, listen and reply to the more meaningful ones.
Regard that those who are being moderately rude to you are only doing it for the good of Habbo, they were there before you and they know things that have changed so give them a chance. You'd make an excellent hotel manager/CEO.
I'm tempted to inform channel 4 about the gambling on Habbo, since well it's illegal
Burn it.
Burn it with fire.
Then rebuild.
I'd resign and live on an island in the Caribbean. Habbo is dead, Paul killed it.

I was thinking about that the other day. A generation of kids has grown up gambling on a virtual game, I wouldn't be surprised if in 20 or so years half of the "big names" in Super rich casinos are out on their a** for betting away all their IRL money. This virtual gambling is an addiction, people just sit in casinos all day and it really isn't healthy

I would bring back the good old times the old games not have changed the home page and put hc and vip seprate bring in more comps not hire more new staff who are more for the teen group stage
Scrap the Credit Tax
It's just a pain
Bring back the retro Battle Ball Game
I had hours of fun playing that game!
Bring in Player Moderators
A selected group of Habbo's who have more power than Guardians.
They would have the ability to temporarily mute and Contact Habbo Staff directly.
This group would be hand picked by Habbo Staff.
Get Better Server's
The lag can be ridiculous at times.
