at 61 woodcutting you can use a dragon hatchet, but can only wield it with 60 attack
they're about 700k right now according to the wiki

Ah, I'm half way through level 60 WCing but only 55 attack. Quickest way to get it to 60, Rock Crabs still the best these days or has Runescape moved on?

well you can still use the hatchet when you get 61wc you just couldn't wield it, it'd have to stay in your inventory
im not sure the best way to level combat, personally i do mines with slayer. one of the other guys will have to say for sure.
