Hmm, customer support are awful they've banned my account "Nige" for an inappropriate username.
I emailed them asking why, they responded by saying I've requested a username change, when I haven't.
I then emailed them again telling them I haven't requested a username change at all, then I get this reply (picture below)
They are hopeless can anyone direct me to Paul's email via PM or help me out - would be extremely grateful.
