Switch out the intel SSD for a "Corsair Force 3", slightly faster and it'll be just as reliable since they both use the same Sandforce chipset.

And for good sake switch out that cooler master crap for your original PSU - OR ANY PSU RATED "80 Plus Gold".

Windows will happily use up idle RAM for performance boosts.

Actually this, switch down to 8GB of corsair vengeance and sink all the money you can into a decent CPU heatsink. Anything sub-£60 and you should be spending more if you can.

Seasonic. They make PSUs. And any 80+ gold rated psu with a 5 year warranty is going to be great.
