    OEM is what the manufacturers get, it's basically just the CD key and the disc. none of the extra packaging which makes it cheaper.

    What @Chippiewill; said above, but also just that you can't re-install it on another motherboard once it has been used - or at least that's what I was told anyway . OEM should be fine for you though, no need to pay extra for the other .

    Not online very often

    You also won't get any cables with an OEM part, such as the optical drive. You'll need to buy a SATA cable.

    I'm not going to read through all 8 pages of this but I recommend these changes if you haven't made them already:

    Intel i5 2500k -> Intel i5 3570k
    EVGA PSU -> Corsair AX750 PSU
    Remove Windows 7 and just pirate a copy.
    Avexir RAM -> Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 2x4GB (you definitely do not need 16GB, at all [and the Corsair Vengeance is better { and prettier } ] )
    The motherboard could do with an upgrade too if you don't want minor bottlenecking.

    No need for the low profile version with such a large case.

    Didn't even look at the case, not sure why I decided to put low profile. I pirated Windows 7 but I'm not a "cheapskate". I spend my money on things I believe are actually worth it, and Windows 7 certainly isn't.

    Seems I struck a nerve.
