Finally, he was arrogant, rude and an utter disgrace to the Habbo community. I won't be missing him.

Although I don't think he was the best CEO ever I really doubt Habbo will go much further - who will step up and take over a sinking ship? I can't imagine Habbo lasting for that much longer, unless someone puts in the time and effort (which I doubt they will). Don't think that just because you all hated Paul his leaving will make Habbo better because tbh it's probably the exact opposite, for onw anyway.
while the communication between him and habbos has been mostly abysmal, a few of you are acting like he's a madman in the office, while the developers are cowering on the floor screaming "no paul, don't do this!"
he didn't run the hotel, and things like the credit promotions and limited rares were great moves in a business sense. while he is not 100% innocent, paul the scapegoat has finally been rid of.
if habbo come up with more ideas you don't like, or just fades into oblivion, will you still blame him?
if these are some of the last months on here, let's hope it's an enjoyable time. both us and them could really use it.

Well he did oversee the removal of what, 2/3 of the staff?? People that were a real asset to Sulake, so yes his actions are going to have long term repercussions. Going to be hard to come up with creative ideas when there is no staff left to suggest them.while the communication between him and habbos has been mostly abysmal, a few of you are acting like he's a madman in the office, while the developers are cowering on the floor screaming "no paul, don't do this!"

i don't think we'll find out, but i doubt it was 100% his decision without getting feedback from people behind the scenes.

Glad he stepped down, however I doubt we will see any change to Habbo. The only think on the mind of a corporation like Sulake is how to maximize profit with limited cost.
i liked the credit / diamond promotions he came up with lol
Good riddance

He is at the forefront being the CEO, and the lack of remorse over the removals was painful to see. He made himself the face of Habbo as far as communications go on a grand scale (his over-use of Twitter and the dodgy Habbo blogs, for instance). He may not of been the one in charge of the removals, but he could of halted them or restructured the organisation so removals need not take place. Slim-lining is important in this economic climate - John Lewis can do it, and they're a much larger organisation.
Which got them in this messOld Habbo was far better, they maximised profit while also maximising on customer relations.

In a few years no doubt some of you will be complaining about a new staff member and reminiscing about Paul. You guys always moan about habbo, doesn't it ever get tiring?
