cute, why don't you like meat?I'm 13 years old (don't say I'm cute) I wouldn't say I'm that thin but I would like to put on some weight. I don't eat meat don't really like it (not having a debate about it). I eat quite a lot of junk food and I'm terrible at sports so I'm not that active. Any ways to put on weight that aren't really un healthy because I get barely any protein and I have a bad enough diet..
Yeah like has been said, the common conception that fast foods make you fat isn't really true. Everything depends on your metabolism and other factors. Alright so now to answer the question at hand: gaining weight using fat is really unhealthy and i'd go with just hitting the gym, pumping the biceps and trying to become more physically fit, the weight will follow.

Oh yeah, if you do decide to start out at the gym, ignore the small isolation movements like Bicep curls. Build up a strong base from big compound movements like squats, deadlifts and bench presses
Eat 5 takeaways a week. Worked for me... all unhealthy stuff
I eat a lot of meat, my whole family does.. maybe that helps
Looking beefy at 5ft 5 just wouldn't look right though
Join a gym, lift heavier weights. Try supplements like weight gainers, Elite Mass Gainer is pretty good. If you're not bothered, calculate how much calories you burn everyday and how much you need to gain weight, eat lots of food particularly lean meat. Have a few healthy snacks between your meals.
that's pretty much what i did and i've put on about 10kg around 22lbs in 3 months.
Nuts. Nuts are full of fats but they're 'good fats.' This is according to my male friendsThey snack on them all day at uni and then hit the gym; something to do with converting good fats to muscle?

superhappy.
Might as well also note that muscle weighs more than fat. So you can still look in shape but still weigh a considerable amount
