New Userbars

Moderators have multiple user bars as well. Matt has Habbox merit showing up despite the fact he's currently a staff member. I see no reason why the Dept Manager userbar is no less special.

If you want to move on from the old ones, the least you can do is change them from a rectangle. It's so common among fan sites IMO, which is why I liked the old ones - They were different.

I think the ones that don't affect username colour are shown along with your primary group.

What is the point in having userbars... Everything we need to know is portrayed through usertitles so I would prefer userbars are removed - (or kept for VIPs and that...) However if you guys insist on having them I am fond the of style we have atm so maybe a revamp to update them but keeping the style?
