Default I'm back! With a new car...

Hello all, I used to post quite a lot in this section maybe about a year ago now and one day I just kinda forgot about this place, but nonetheless I hath returned...!

Last time I posted my car I believe I still had the Clio, and it looked kind of like this...

    002 (25) by dan_k723, on Flickr

But in the 2 years I owned it, I ended up de-badging the rear, fitting LED bulbs here and there, shorter aerial and lowering it 45mm on H&R lowering springs...

    by dan_k723, on Flickr

I didn't like how the rear wheels were lost in the arches so I then added 20mm spacers to the rears, along with black badges and a few stickers...

Then I had it at it's "peak" by sticking some yellow lamin-x over the fogs, and this is how it looked before putting it back to standard for trading in...

    Untitled by dan_k723, on Flickr

And the trading in was done in mid November for this... Renaultsport Twingo 133 in Extreme Blue. 2010 (60 plate), 5k miles, 2 owners from new. Immaculate and still had that new car smell inside...

When I first picked it up (from Northumberland)

    Old v new...

Not even a week into ownership and already I stuck on the rear spacers I had from the Clio

The lowering springs from the Clio wouldn't fit on the Twingo so I sold them and used the money to buy a Pipercross panel filter (no pics of this) and some mats from the owner's club...

And that brings us up to today! Apologies in advance for the picture whoring...

Ah I remember your old thread... The new car is looking decent, what are you doing to it next? I would love to replace certain parts of my car but I want something better than a 1.1 before I do! I love the mat you've in it too.

I don't mind the Twingos, remind me of a Ignis. Looks really good though, love the colour.
    Needs wheels and low however!

Cheers mate, to be honest I have no plans for it as I love it the way it is. Eventually though I'd quite like to save up for coilovers and possibly a set of smaller wheels for it, at present it's sitting on 17s with 40 profile tyres which is far from a smooth ride... But I'm in no rush. What you driving now?

First time I've heard that, Ignis is bigger believe it or not! I liked them too but they're a bit too old now for me. Wheels and low are in the pipeline possibly!
