Default Dark circles under eyes +rep

    Hi ;3
I've had these for as long as I can remember, but recently I've been looking for a way to get rid of them; kind of darkness under my eyes.
It looks like its from lack of sleep, but I get more than enough sleep for this to not be a problem I think?

Anyway, anyone sure what they actually are? And how do I get rid of them? I'm up for using anything like wipes or creames etc c: or is my best bet just to put makeup over? Ew. If so, what makeup.

    +rep for anything helpful c:

attempt to fix whats inside before you buy a load of products for ye face. i used to have a dark circles for a long, long time and once i started to take vitamin d tablets (went doctors, had blood tests for other reasons and was told i had vitamin d deficiency) and they went away which was good as i wasn't really expecting/using the tablets for dark circles.. plus, i drink around 2-4 litres of green tea everyday, which i guess the amount of water (and the tea) attributes to healthier skin.

Yeah more sleep does help. I've got bags under my eyes but I use this anti-fatigue eye stick I got from (i THINK) the no7 range from boots. Does improve after consistent use.

I have the same problem and was looking into it the other week.
I saw loads of people saying that if you slices a cucumber slice in half and put one half under each eye for some time every night before sleep it can help or something? Never bothered trying anything though.

Apparently they can form due to enflamed blood vessels if you are awake too long and thus straining your eyes and the cucumber helps to cool them or some scientific ** I do not understand.

I have them so much, but I just cover them up with foundation. Rimmel coverstick and the garnier roll-on ones are really good for covering up dark spots
