Habbo Club is back! (New Badges etc)

Looked at the furni available when you get to choose your monthly gifts, not very keen on them actually..

Hopefully more are added or the older ones are added back, i.e: majs, t sofas, lights etc..

You wouldn't be able to make it more exclusive though, because of the amount of people who will be a HC member. The only way is like how it used to be where you'd be given a gift depending on how many months you've been HC, as the higher up gifts would be slightly more expensive - but eventually they'd then drop as well probably.

After hearing about this, I decided to have a look..

It merely seems like a sloppy re-branding exercise - the catalogue still has a little vip image, if you click to buy HC with no credits it brings you to a sales page - with VIP all over it.. surely before rolling out this sort of thing the company would make sure it is completely changed - otherwise it appears as though it is exactly what it is; a lame attempt to bring back the old.

The one thing that would be great with HC is a second currency; eg. what used to be the Club Sofa/HC Sofa - ultimately the death of that is when I totally lost interest in habbo. I really cannot get my head around how this is an improvement for anyone. Lastly, they need to make the gifts so they go in a loop (1-24 months maybe) - once you reach 24 months you go back to one - otherwise there is absolutely NO value in the latter gifts, and that to me is where they have got it so, so wrong.

Glad I accumulated all of my gifts, the VIP ones were awful lol. But anyway, the process does seem a bit rushed and although the new items are far greater, I wish they were more creative and interesting.

While I'm glad they returned to Habbo Club, the execution is sloppy (once again). The catalogue still has VIP written all over it, and it says "HC Club" (=Habbo Club Club?). The gifts page still has both HC and VIP lengths, while it should be only one (HC). They really should change the gift system as well, it doesn't work now at all (Mega TV Set being one of the last gifts now, really?). There's so much to improve - I really wish they'd put effort into SOMETHING for once and not just go the easiest (and sloppiest) route, just doesn't make it enjoyable.
