but yeah I agree, someone obviously created the account with intent to influence the vote so surely that should be an instant perm on both accounts.

and reason I mentioned the fact it's broke the rules is you had no problem publicly going into HxHD and saying about @:Cerys; when they was in the room, what's different now? @matt

I've gone back to not talking about banned accounts in that sense, that's what is different now.

You're missing something. I have it down to 2 people really. One of them I could figure out who the real account is, the other one I can't. How many people double voted? Just the one? So we went from 35 votes to 34?

To be fair, the whole thing was a bit messed up from the start; like Will and Kardan have said, full information wasn't given about the different options, bullying/encouraging illegitimate votes was positively encouraged, there was bias (yeah I agree I played my part in that, seeing them on a skin like me and Dave showed is going to sway more votes) etc.

When I was first designing mine I asked Matt and Chris if they were viable and they said yeah, a lot of people who have posted in this thread have said they didn't vote mine because they wouldn't be possible to put on the forum (not that I'm saying I would have won otherwise, not at all).

As for the cheater, that's pretty pathetic, although it's annoying me I can't figure out who it is.
