but based on the fact no users who view this thread have been banned then I fail to see why someone who uses 2 accounts, cheats in a poll and then gets away with it without being banned?

@Chris; @xxMATTGxx; I'm guessing you're assuming they own both accounts as they have the same IP. Have you even thought of the possibility that the second account may belong to their sibling?
