If someone was posting rude pictures you wouldn't say "oh it's fine we won't ban them, they'll stop soon", 'cos it's pretty much the same principle!!

To be fair? Ironic seeing as that's probably the *most* unfair thing possible.

That's like you saying "oh yeah we ignored that in the past but now we're so strict we're going to fire people for doing things ages ago"... which is totally unfair. Enforce it from now on in, fair enough, but not backdated.

Most likely because he was the only Gfx staff at the time, Heck he was even doing work for Habbox while he wasn't staff he was that much *in need* that you chose using David rather than using your own gfx team...

True, but rules is rules. I don't know about Wubing but Lee seemed like a really good mod too, so yeah, could have "turned a blind eye" to that too, surely?

yeah but my point is it's not fair to backdate bans
