If staff are fired why aren't normal members BANNED for using that site?

Habbox Staff represent Habbox, members just use the site. We tell you that we don't advise you use the sites and that there is a risk of you being removed from your roles at Habbox - No one seems to listen at that point and if you use the same name as you do on Habbox and Habbo then are clearly going to get reported via one of the two people who seem to report such members.

Because staff represent Habbox, not that I agree with what has happened.

yeah but my point is it's not fair to backdate bans

i could understand if it was a substantially long time ago or before somebody was staff.

I suppose that's true but it still doesn't make sense: especially those members that are OBVIOUSLY involved (for example people who talk about it and encourage people to use it)

I asked a Customer Support staff about that a year or so ago, and they didn't exactly say it was against the rules, but I did it at my own responsibility.

Not sure if the *updated* terms and conditions say otherwise?

Yeah I remember that being brought up ages ago, I'm sure it is against the rules.

Redtiz replied to a question about that and said it was fine to do so (the ages and ages ago part)

Oh, well there's a difference between just using it and actually encouraging people to use it. I'm pretty sure encouraging people to take part in illegal activities/break the rules, is against the rules.
