meree? lol was never involved in meree all i saw was her thread where she showed her real pics so dk why u think that, with chalk I looked at all the public stuff she had up, i dont assume people are fake in te first place or try searching their facebook etc. yeah don't fake in the first place i completely agree n am not sticking up for lee, what I do not agree with is finding his Facebook he hasn't given out no matter what method was used to obtain it as that's not fair at all, why should people worry about their real life things being out onto a gossip site? this is why I deleted everyone from mine in the first place,

no, with chawk there was social media websites she had NOT given out, including her alternative name on a diff forum? the way his Facebook was found was through an email he gave out, i don't see anything wrong with searching an email of a friend. the only personal information posted on the website was a photo he posted here, and a photo that someone has posted on a public setting on facebook, don't tell me that's exploiting someone because it's not, he has chosen to make it public

One Facebook I'm sure he did give out and the other was linked to his msn which any could find if they clicked "find my friends" on Facebook and had him on contacts..

I get your point, there's a level where this "searching" is to prove that someone faked, then it just becomes creepy, stalker-ish and far too OTT. Pretty sure the moment I read they were looking for the person whose pictures he faked was the moment it just got weird...

This is one of the reasons I don't use social networking sites with extensive info. (anymore).

I agree with Jen, it's bordering on harassment really. If he doesn't want to prove himself he really doesn't have to. If he faked I'm sure there was a reasonable explanation, it's not like he was planning on meeting any of you irl so it wouldn't really make the slightest bit of difference.

Anyway, even if Lee did fake people have done it before but when others have done it, eventually it just dies down. Of course some admit to what they've done but it's an online fansite and I won't lose sleep over someone's picture. Some people might not like posting pictures, I post them just to post them not for comments as I know I look similar to Amy Ferrer-Fowler @Janice; or something like that but if it is true I'm sure Lee isn't the first or last .

I didn't really understand or read this thread much but how did someone find out?
