Dude. From the fuzzy screen I can sorta make out vista? or Windows 7 you're running? Go to:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool to get a cropped screenshot/screenie of your PC screen
Or try method 2:
Press 'PrtScn' on your keyboard (top right) then go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Pant and click File > Paste (or ctrl+v on keyboard) - then save as PNG.

Both these images can then be uploaded to postimage.org or elsewhere and linked in your Habbox forum topic, taking a picture of the screen really is making it hard on yourself!
