Wow ok that was (dare I say it?) a really good episode. Probably because Henry only had like 1 line but yeah they actually finally gave some depth to a few previously flat characters WHY COULDN'T THEY DO THAT FROM THE START

i don't think snow is manipulative. yeah the reason why cora turned evil seems like such as easy option, should have had more scenarios which built it up. oh i didn't realise the prince was Henry snr DUH lmao so that's her real father THANK GOD it want rumple. can't see regina forgiving snow after that will be kinda pissed if they become friends so easily. poor regina really who does she have now? whatever happened to sidney i forgot.... hope she finds an alliance

If she isn't just a normal human (which would be nice) I think it's more likely that she's Tiger Lily - the ethnicity is off but the writers don't seem to care about that much (Mulan being played by a Korean etc) especially as in the novels it's presumed that Tink is dead at the end and she was never meant to be a romantic interest of anyone's until Julia Roberts played her in Hook, whereas Tiger Lily definitely had an interest in Peter
