Difficult to tell how/if someone will pull through if they go overboard on something as random as sizzurp, never understood why anyone with money would bother with it tbh since it's so dangerous for the relatively small high you get. Hope he is ok though, I'm not a massive fan but would never wish badly on anyone healthwise

It's essentially codeine and promethazine (two fairly sedative medicines strong enough to warrant a prescription-only sale) mixed in with your drink so yeah kinda, although people apparently mix it with alcohol too which is just stupid. Reports are that Weezy's fine now though, so he got lucky. DJ Screw and Pimp C weren't so lucky but people are apparently daft enough to carry on abusing it
