Not sure how they decided to distributed this one. I tested attempting to purchase badges that you did not own immediately after release, I have neither of those badges anywhere.

acat badge isnt special everyone can be it there are maybe 100 of in habbo and is still avaiable

Not a fan of any of them. I see a lot of love for the balloons but they are terrible compared to the old balloon badge.
