    I agree a lot of it is laziness... strong will power helps a bunch too. To be honest though I've never really been fat (well I am like 14 stone 2lbs now )

    interested in the running actually, but how much can you do before you start to gain muscle, + wouldn't it be awfully hard to fit around exams college and gaming?

    I agree laziness stops most of us from actually physically trying to lose weight and then leaves us wondering where we went wrong.

    Honestly the best thing is to getting motivational pictures and quotes and put them around your room/house and on your phone trust me its so so so useful
