Yeah but they have to have GOOD reason, them with that language back to the person isn't going to get it removed.

eBay will remove feedback, whatever the reason is. I used to sell stuff on eBay a year back, had 100% feedback and then just randomly, got one negative feedback because they received it after a week. I rang up eBay, they removed the feedback in less than an hour.
