I know some people on here can code so i want to ask how much you are charging. once i have made my layout i can discusswhat i want it to do and such, but a rough price would be great.

It depends how well you want it coded and how and of course how difficult it is.

Hence asking for someone that can. Not everyone that makes a layout/website knows coding.
