If staff who had previously left HxHD still had rights then I think this time there is an obvious solution. Also the staff numbers aren't exactly high therefore It should be easy to find who did it if they are still staff. No doubt there are detectives already on the case though Shame it happened but as Kirst mentioned, Rosy & herself can't be there all of the time and if all rights are removed as a punishment then it makes the job of Helpdesk staff completely pointless. Nevertheless, happens at least once a year and always is forgotten about rather quickly.

Old staff doesn't have rights, unless they have just quit and their rights are being taken, and true, even thought I think it's more than once a year, mainly with new trialists, at least it wasn't right after a new layout was done.

It's easily missed, sometimes you forget to take somebody's rights after they resign (from my experience)..

a hx account obviously wasn't hacked, whoever did this did it fast so they wouldn't be caught
