How do you know they were bought by Sulake exactly. The only place i see this referenced is on wikipedia, but

On the vSide client, a message popped up saying "We would like to announce that vSide's assets have been sold to Sulake Co. vSide is in transition to alternative US servers, but game play shouldn't change. As soon as we know of anything, an announcement will be posted in the forums." & they announced it like a month ago. ExitReality still owns vSide but the contract starts for May sometime.
