It is being realistic. You have vastly underestimated the number of club sofas on the hotel, I would say there are hundreds of thousands - think about it, you used to be able to win hundreds a day in bets, in its peak the number of club members that had them etc - your figures have absolutely no basis behind them whatsoever.

Yeah what a waste with the club sofas you will never shift movement with them, and even blue pillows is a bit laughable.
If you owned 5 giant rooms full of aloe veras then that would be another story

you will probably make the aloe's rise. i think sukai had the biggest collection on the uk hotel, they are still in his casino.... i have like 1k hc sofas on a banned account from 08 so there is literally hundreds of thousands, if not 1 million plus atm probably
considering the hc was still main gift when habbo reached 250 million users there is diffidently more than a million

also who even wants to use hc sofas anymore, the only reason they were desirable was for being used as a currency, no-one wants a bright green sofa in their room which doesn't match with any set furni range!

I can't see you moving the Club Sofa price but the others, maybe.

Exactly what I thought. I think you'll do well with the Aloes, and possibly with the Blue Pillows (just might take a little longer) - but there is no way you'll get the Club Sofa to a significantly higher price any time soon tbh - there is just so many of them! Are you really never going to sell these on ? And why didn't you choose other items instead of club sofas - like a certain laser portal, or dragon lamp. Items like that are much more desirable .

well, get rid of hcs in mp and buy 6000 of your own for like 20c per. That would raise the average, and knowing people, considering it says its an average people will go by it.

but 6000 to buy of ur own is a lot of work!!
