Normally i have a process of elimination. It won't be the same as the one above it and if i do the one below it it wont be the same as that, it normally leaves two left. Then i just do eenie meenie minie mo, most times it lands on D.

In all seriousness, this was a good thread. Look at the difference in people picking A and B. Presumably nobody picks A because they think 'Well, it won't be the first option'?
