I got that badge, just go in the room you got the first badge in, you'll teleport to where you get the third badge then go on the blob. I got mine straight away and the middle part I didn't have to do?

I got it after a good 40 minutes. It's not that difficult when you understand what to do, but getting to that point takes awhile.
