it's easy to contact her for sure, i agree. everyone is forever complaining about the help tool. i was permed around two months ago. i got a reply within 22 hours and was unpermed 6 days later. it's not as bad as everyone is making out.

Contacting powertoo and using the help tool are two different things, although tbh both are just as bad . However in regards to the help tool, some of mine get replied to quickly whereas some have to wait weeks for so it's a bit strange lol.

you are just very lucky to get that in all honesty ben lmao with the early replies. I suppose people make it out to be harder than it is though cause if you do say you are a parent it does make it sooo much quicker really.

Ohh yeah that's it. My recent requests have only been dealt with by Isabel but Naomi did deal with my one in March, which was dealt with by her around a week later. Although if they didn't deal with that one, they could have been sued for false advertising so I'm not surprised they did .
