Honestly, I know it's not me that's going to be doing it but this would create a lot of extra work for the managers, you'd be surprised at how much gets requested per day in that thread and unfortunately some staff members leave it a few days and accumulate a lot of rep to be requested and then do it all in one big bunch.

The only reason this would be useful is so you know your reputation has been added and would a thread in the Community Notice Board every week/fortnight not suffice?

You say 'The only reason this would be useful'... well yeah, that's the point we're trying to make, that's what we want it And yes, a thread would suffice. I think people are asking about an account, because it might be easier than doing a thread.

And if a thread is already within the staff forums, how hard can it be to copy it, and paste it into announcements?

A thread would be FAR easier than an account going and repping everyone individually and I think Martin said they were going to bring that back a good few posts ago

Then it's all good I can see the advantages of an account, because then we can actually see it added, rather than having to check our rep until the thread is posted, but it would take far, far longer. So a thread is the best solution

Personally I think its fine to stay as it is and having an account to do this is not really needed and will take longer than copying the list over, however we will ensure that the thread is posted documenting who has had reputation issued.

I think perhaps it would be a good idea to have a set day for rep to be added too such as a Sunday evening rather than just randomly, that way people can expect to see the thread on a sunday evening and know exactly how much rep they have earnt.

Whenever I make the thread (Its mainly always me that requests the rep to be added) I will also tag people in it when writing their names so they are aware they have received the rep.

There is no need to overcomplicate a system that already works perfectly fine. The underlying issue here is trust. Do you trust that Habbox won't be sad enough to rip you off from a tiny miniscule amount of rep? It is perfectly reasonable to suggest that you are informed when rep has been added but it is illogical to expect managers to go through lots of accounts manually adding rep - especially as plenty of people win more than 5 rep so multiple times repping the same person - when it is easier to just copy and paste into a thread.

I think the concern is more of either EOs forgetting to request it or Managers missing off someones name or something.

The thread would solve that problem, the account has too many flaws in it to be considered practical.
