I think the teams would probably want to agree with testing in-season instead of giving them the chance of doing the 1000km run or whatever it was Pirelli can do. If Pirelli aren't going to be here next year then FIA should not waste time in getting a new company in place or start the bidding process for sure.

Saw the edited highlights last night... Not many overtakes but thats always the same in Monaco!

Rosberg did what he needed to the whole of the race.

That pit stop helped the Red Bulls get 2nd & 3rd which is a shame for Hamilton.

Did Raikkonen really say that? He's funny as. I love his persona - talk to him on the radio "Yes, yes.. I know!" haha

Glad for Nico's win, I've always liked him as a driver. Wish Vettel would just plow it into the barrier though. His car is just insanely good

I agree with you Zak about Vettel... He just thinks he is invincible and can do what he wants as long as he wins.

would like to see him knocked down a peg where something keeps going against him

So what do we think about the verdict in regards of the tyre test?

Wow, what a race. Something needs to be done about the tyres for safety concerns for sure but it did make it a very intresting and great race for sure. Such a shame about Lewis though with one of the tyres going on him but he did a great job finishing 4th considering.

Congrats to Nico and Mercedes for winning.

Yeh was a shame that Lewis had that happen to him, but at least now they will seriously look into changing the tyres, as it's just a safety concern quite lucky nobody had a serious accident, kudos to vergne for keeping his car on the track and not into a wall, he was going at very high speed when his tyre blew.

Kinda happy with Vettel's DNF, purely as it keeps the championship battle going, and it's nice to see someone else take a win every now and again.

    Just got back, horribly sunburnt.

The crowd was so depressed when Hamilton got his puncture, it was just awful. We had such high hopes for him, and frankly, even thogh I thought Vettel would catch him, it turns out that that wouldn't have mattered. Lewis would have won without that tyre blowout.

Pirelli need to sort out, it's not fun, and it's definitely not safe. I'm pretty sure Raikkonen got some debris in his car from Vergne's tyre. And I was sat infront of where Vergne and Perez lost their tyres, totally not cool when you're not expecting it either.

Good win for Rosberg, shame for Vettel, and I'm annoyed that the crowd cheered when he retired. Crowd really cheered on Webber in those last few laps, me included Button, bleh, same crap as usual

I don't think there is anything wrong with cheering when someone you may not support retired. It is some what expected when you are at Silverstone though. It means we can see a different winner! But if they booed him at the podium then that's different and wouldn't agree with it.
