Meh, don't do it. It's not going to bother me in the slightest, i'm just pointing out a huge niche in the market which could possibly make Habbox Rare Values relevant again, because you can fight all you want saying people still use them when the fact of the matter is, they don't. I don't care what your poll says lol. Even you, the manager don't use the values on the site, anytime i see you mentioning something price related it's always to do with the marketplace price.

Yes fast progress, i know it's a word that has no meaning on Habbox (official rooms for example, i'm pretty sure Mike is bringing them back since December, yet something so simple still hasn't come). I just don't see how you can't value even 10 LTD's, it wouldn't take more than a few days? Is it adding them to the site that's the problem, are you unable to add new pictures because no once has anyone mentioned that problem in this thread.

The plan for what could be done has been laid out as clear as possible, i don't know how easier i can make it for you?

Make a new category called "LTDS", and then maybe have an image of each one inside that category which people can click on and it will bring them into another page where the items will be grouped. For example, they click on the Easter Dino Egg.

#1 - Price
#2 - Price
#3-20 - Price
#20-50 Price
# 50-380 Price

Maybe even less than that once you find the value of things and realise they may all be around the same price. I don't even know why i bothered typing this out because giving feedback on anything non-forum related in regards to Habbox is like talking to brick wall. I'm not talking about rares but all community departments, its like you move as a snails pace while every other fansite is zooming ahead in terms on innovation and ideas lol.

Right, let's get this straight, we don't move at a snail's pace, but when all the Rare Values staff are told we're not doing Limited Edition Rares until v7 that's what we expect, we got told by @Pigperson; before I was even head again, sorry for not being expected to do them when we're waiting for v7 - that old chestnut indeed as it is true, if people could be bothered to do work and actually get it done then some stuff would be solved easily.

Also, your idea we can't do, none of us have the capability to have a page for the Limited Edition Rares, then an image of one whichever rare you want then them grouped, we can't do it on v6 so yes we'd have to wait until v7. The only plausible way would be to have the section then have about however many ranged groups you need with a picture of them, which will already make the page look messy.

The fact of the matter is you don't know if they use them or not, when frankly I have seen a fair amount of people go off Habbox values - yes I use the MarketPlace, but you're wrong when you say I don't use Habbox, it's a great way to compare values in shops and the MarketPlace and helps values in the future - some of the values on Habbox are more accurate than the MarketPlace, I don't give a **** about what the poll said either, I wasn't there when they did it so it doesn't concern me; what matters is Rare Values in the future, it's not my fault that for ages I've been given the v7 excuse, hell when I was Rare Values Manager the first time around I got that pitiful excuse, again I'll say it because some bone idle staff can't be arsed doing jobs from 2010 because they're that incapable of coding something that they're suppose to know and no this is directed at no current staff member - just some old ones that Habbox could have done without messing up the site.

Sorry I fancied a rant, not at you, but in general, I am not taking any of the blame for the lack of Limited Edition Rares on the site, they were released from April last year, I resigned a couple of months later, yet it was never spoken about until I left, it should have been sorted months ago, not using the v7 excuse, but frankly it's everyone's easiest option - one thing though, I don't think I've really used that excuse, I should have done, maybe then I wouldn't feel like I'm not good enough would I?

I did mean to talk to Sam about this yesterday but forgot - I've been focusing on other things within the department and pretty much spent hours on that yesterday . Like I've said already, I don't know what's planned for v7 but I did have an idea for how LTDs can be valued on the site with that (along with another separate idea) so I'll post them tomorrow (well, today) as I'm off.

Anyway, I do agree that we could just have a temporary solution with the current system - an LTD section with the different items and maybe for now we may as well just have an overall value for each LTD rather than doing anything with the numbers? What's everyone's opinions on that? @Samanfa; @Chippiewill; an LTD tag would be good too, would that be easy to implement? I can't imagine it'd take more than a few mins but then again, I've heard how David's coding can be hard to understand .

Yes we can add a category, I added one today. Yes we can put #'s in the boxes, but what about just an overall value for each LTD as a temporary solution while we wait for v7 (although tbh if there even any point in talking about v7 when it feels as though it'll never come) . But another problem, well for me anyway, is that Habbo don't list all the LTD rares so getting accurate information and release order isn't easy. But still possible either way.

As for using Habbox for values and marketplace for values, I think that when you're in client and you see an item in a shop, it's much quicker to just type it in to the marketplace and get a quick result, whereas Habbox is a bit slower. However, I do find Habbox more useful and I use it on a regular basis, although tbh I would say that I use it more for the data on previous values and changes over time than the current value but I also compare the marketplace with Habbox in case the marketplace has been rigged. Habbox still has a place for values and I don't think that needs to be questioned any further . However, as I've said before, it's a shame that fundamental problems with v6 even before it was released to the public are still existent in today's version and were never fixed, which included a list of over 20 coding requests from myself and Dan alone. Lets hope v7 arrives soon..

I'm not still using ideas off someone who isn't staff - when I was normal Rare Values staff we were told we weren't doing Limited Edition Rares until v7, so when I gained manager again I automatically thought that would still be the case as apparently to add them we'd need more coding requests.

This part, is what I meant, I can make pages and add images of course I can, but I can't do what you said in the quote.

We'd have a page called Limited Edition Rares.
If we have an image of each, I couldn't then have another page of it being grouped unless I made a separate category for every Limited Edition Rare - I can do what you said in that post (which you didn't before) whereby we have different images that are grouped, but like I said I think it'd look messy and I see no need for the images being on more than once.

Also, don't patronise me, I fully understood what you meant, the way you worded it though made it impossible to do by me as you said have an image of each rare and then have them grouped - I can't do that.

I said I use the MarketPlace - doesn't mean I don't use Habbox, a lot still do and yeah you may go round shops and so do I, I've seen a fair amount who use Habbox, some of the Habbox values helped some didn't, we can't please or be 100% accurate.

Yeah, Habbox is great for those not sold in the MarketPlace, but it's also harder if we haven't seen trades in a while - I don't know half of the rare teleports values, although I know some, but then again people still use Habbox for it, either that or they attempt to sell at a ridiculous price, which I've witnessed on Habbo.
