But how can you like, out of so many people, be the chosen one to get paid and get people to help you to get more views..

well if your videos stand out and are of a good quality then obviously you're more likely to get promoted/partnered etc.

Its luck really, even if your videos are good, there's so many out there now that it can be hard to stand out.
For instance say you wanted to make minecraft let's play videos... There's so many out there now that even if your videos were amazing, they may never get noticed
