Not exactly, since the last half of my post was on topic so why don't you answer??

I don't think the person chosen will get that much power - they get a badge if they're picked and get to decide of the ideas of the idea chosen, so probably get to run it via habbo staff, but they will run it

I submitted the same idea but added a little mix to it as they want an actual "event". I told them to start it off as a quest on rebuilding the public rooms, but not changing anything all all with the old one's. It would remove the lido's and bring back the original. It would have a "Public Room Rebuilder" badge. It's not anything out of this world, but it would attract both old and new habbo's
