Depends on the department, I'm not convinced that content/graphics needs multiple managers, events/hxl/hxhd on the other hand definitely do. I think that allows for a greater degree of flexibility when it comes to staff feedback.
I don't know how events is managed, but if I were managing it then I'd want 1 in 2 or 3 events supervised by a senior member of staff for at least 20 minutes, they wouldn't be there to talk to the EO, they'd simply be sat taking some notes along the lines of: are they advertising the rest of habbox? are they engaging the players or just doing the event? are they constantly changing their event or do they slip into a routine? do they come across as putting any effort in? And I think the managers would then also be peer reviewed, and with good reason, because in all honesty @Bolt660; fails on all of those criteria himself.
And I'd do the exact same with HabboxLive as well, Is their mic quality up to scratch? Is the variance in songs good enough? If they focus heavy on a style or genre perhaps they should make a weekly show out of it? Are they engaging the listener? Asking the listener questions? Discussing current events, news, happenings on Habbo? Have they promoted the forum happy hour that starts at 6pm? If they're a 4/5pm right after school kind of show then why aren't they asking listeners to send in funny stories about their day? What's with the uhms and urrs, did they not prepare talking points? Does their filler simply consist of telling people why they can't play a certain song (This happens too damn often, just ignore the request)?
Stick this all in a thread for every member so they know what they did wrong and what they did right. A monthly report isn't enough.
