Not sure if I fancy being able to change the font size or font style, italics and bold is fine but not the other.. hmm..

Apparently Mottos had these broader horizons as well, and Habbo removed them, so don't expect colors/different font when everyone gets beta (if they decide to release it, that is.)

I can't wait for the pitchforks and torches when and if this is implemented, it'll be like that time they tacked that tiny mute icon on our bubbles. Anyone remember that? They plastered that little icon thing at the end of EVERYONE'S bubble, as if taking two clicks to mute someone was such an effort. Good lord. On the plus side, I do like a better view of chat history.

Thank god. The last thing I needed to have is a bunch of garishly coloured, size 18 chat bubbles flooding in rooms already flooded with text.

Italic text could be cool.

Agreed... Tbh, i really could use italic text now and then... Even bold text to outline things... But all these colours, sizes and what not is going to be the downfall of my expectations:3

If you want bold text then shout, if you want italic text than whisper. Habbo doesn't need text customization.
