Sony are being crap. Microsoft are clearly better running their conferences on time. Maybe Sony are adding some duct tape on the PS4 to make it look better? Maybe drawing on some pretty silver lines with a marker pen. Maybe they've realised they've not actually developed a console, but an entertainment system and are afraid of the backlash they'll get.

ehhh IGN said its starting now and passed us onto the PS stream no doubt be alot of complaining now because they never said the show starts at 2:30

It has started... think it was delayed due to people not getting in on time
They have shown glimpses of the console a few times.

Interesting design, amusingly similar to the Xbox One in terms of half gloss half not :L
Appears quite a bit thinner too.
