She said people in the USA get advertisements on Habbo which are larger than usual so they're trying to remove them.
She just said in her room if you get one which is larger than usual (not that rectangle ad) then you should email the help tool with a screenshot and the URL for for ad.

I actually do seem to see a lot of friends of my list complaining about constant advertisements.. and strangely I don't get any at all.

I've also seen a lot of people complaining about the advertisements which is weird because I haven't got any (not even the normal rectangle one) in ages..
