I would actually eat chicken noodle soup and tea. When you are sick sometimes it can be hard to eat but to be honest if you do not eat would it cure you faster?

Be careful what you wish for!

When I get sick, it's bad, and if it's bad, I eat anything that contains potasium and fish.

Chamomile tea, fruits (apples, oranges), oats, chicken.

Looks like you have a food poisoning. You need to stay hydrated with electrolytes so I recommend Gatorade or a couple cans of Canada Dry. Also, stay away from food. It will only make it more upset.

I spent almost 2 days just trying to stay hydrated and that is your best bet. If you can get in a sauna, I also recommend sweating some of it out because too much liquid and you will throw it up.

This won't be a pleasant ride, but it goes away in no time.

    Get better soon!

When I'm ill I usually eat dry toast, soup and drink a lot of lucozade. I always drink lucozade when I'm ill ever since the doctor told me it was good to. I thought it was a little strange but it works.
