Wait so you downloaded it and installed it without even attempting to get your UDID Added? Bad form.
Get into DFU mode and restore back to 6.1.4/6.1.3
Edit: Apparently if you download the correct ISPW And do Shift+update you can install iOS7 without needing a dev account.Last edited by Jack!; 12-06-2013 at 04:16 PM.

giving out your UDID so baitly and so accessible on the world wide web is very stupid.
You can install IOS 7 without developer account stupid. I dont even have a iphone no more.
