For me personally its one of the lower-end badge designs that epitomize habbo post-09'.
If I had spent coins and time making a room I would want a decent badge :/
The badge looks just like the freeze badge = terrible
I get why the freeze room badge is lame as the game isnt very 'creative' but an entire room competition badge should be awesome!...
