    Bad decision tbh.

Would your family/the usual manager have fired her too?

Tbh I guess if it was the bad choice, they'll bring her back

does she work on contract? If so, the correct way to do it is first talk to her and if she continues just not extend her contract.

Unfortunately, it simply isn't impressive running a families bar (your family too cheap to hire skilled managers? )

I don't know what I'd fine more humiliating. Been fired for scooping ice using a glass or having it posted on a Habbo related forum lol.

The reason you never scoop ice with a glass is because if the glass chips in a bin of ice it's next to impossible to see it.. next drink, piece of glass in the drink, person drinks it and I GET SUED. We can be fined if the inspector catches it.
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

Who's having ice in their drinks anyway?

Yeah, and you're an ******* for doing that. For all you know that job could've been her only source of income to provide for her family. She's probably not like you with sixteen cars and a mum who loves her very much who also has sixteen cars.
