    I think it's a good idea, especially since there's no harm in testing it and see if it works. It's definitely a feature that is desperately needed and well used.

    Some sort of report function should be added just for the reasons below:

    Never had to use it on Facebook so don't see why I'd use it on Twitter if it was implemented...

    I think the only way to stop a troll on twitter is to report and IP ban them, although I think there are ways around even that.

    Having said that, majority of trolls stop when you ignore them.
