broken gift halloween bundle

help i got it as a gift for myself, when i clicked open it gave me and error now its invisible except when its in my hand
i cant click on it in the room but its there and does the exploding opening animation whenever i enter the room

Halloween bundle so not exactly something cheap which i wouldn't mind losing lol

Graham it's due to the bundle having a custom sized room built for it, you're in a small room. I'm guessing it will still make it for you even if you buy it as a gift. If not, check your room list and see if it's on there.

Yeah, you were saying about this in cowboystyle's room. I seriously don't know why you had to buy it in the form of a gift but good luck on getting it fixed.

Still not fixed? It is a little silly they decided to give the gift option on a bundle whereby it makes a premade room for you. They should really, when you click the gift have the option feature and then give you the option to go to the room like they do if you buy it normally without the gift tab.
