Most SNQ hosts are really clumsy. They ignore most of the people, refuse to redo when the questions are wrong/invalid and most of the time they give the points to the person who has answered second or third. Then you gotta try and get their attention but they keep on doing the questions...

I don't think there are many questions you have to google though. I have a problem with questions like "How many rock dividers are in this room" That ain't quiz. And what's worse is that these kind of questions are asked for tiebreaker
    anyway

Kudos to anyone who chooses to do SNQ. Think it's impossible to keep people happy with it. Either your questions are so easy it's a game of fastest typer or they're so hard it's called a "google quiz" cos everyone has to google first. There really isn't any way around that. You either know it or you don't and it's clear from this thread that people don't understand that.

Despite that, it's obvious that this isn't the case here: something went terribly wrong with this quiz and it does need to be looked into. Alex is right though, this thing could've easily been dealt with via PM. Even if you don't know who the manager/senior staff are, you know that those with lime green names are at the top of the hierarchy so you could always start there. Although hayden started this thread (as a manager you should know better really) so I doubt very much that he doesn't know who the hxhd manager is.

Sole fact I started this thread is due to the number of people in the room who could act as a 'witness' towards all of it (including screenshots^^) and just mainly to show how poorly it was run. I'm surprised trialists are allowed to run SNQ alongside the fact no senior was in the room and I would much rather it would be dealt in public where Erin can reply to everyone's issues instead of my sole one via PMing.

Not to mention the fact I disconnected from the hotel for a few minutes which is where some people have helped fill the gap about what happened^. SNQ has been dropping in quality a bit lately (it's not as terrible as some people say and I don't understand the whole 'no questions we can google' rubbish as that happens in every Habbo quiz ever, but it could be better) and sometimes it does take a thread to gather opinions from many others about the matter, Why don't we just ban feedback threads about anything that goes wrong as it could all easily be dealt with by everyone sending private messages to each other?

I must admit that from whenever I did SNQ it is a LOT of stress put on you as there's a room full of people who are generally annoyed and decide to take it out on you. When you're under this amount of stress it's very easy to make mistakes and slip up every now and then, but this just unfortunately makes the members in the room get even more angry and start shouting and complaining more, increasing the stress.
I'm sure any other person who has hosted SNQ can back me up on this aha

I don't think it's really fair on Danny to give him all this much hate over it. After all, it is just a quiz...on habbo...

Just convert HxHD into a lounge. It's not of use now anyway and quite dull. It can be used for better potential with stuff like management question time panels and so forth. Anyone defending its current status as a 'help desk' is just not with the times.

First the like system, now this

Anyone want to add any more terrible suggestions to the feedback forum?

OT: Why shouldn't they put it in feedback, if everyone was screaming fire him fair enough, but they're talking about his terrible hosting and failure for HxHD to follow their typical procedure if you will with regards to this SNQ.

If we went back a year ago I'd disagree with you, more than likely due to myself being HxHD Staff. However now looking at it from a different perspective I do agree with you. The helping side of the help desk is rarely used, if ever. I resigned a few months ago however back when I was staff you were lucky to be asked a genuine Habbo/x question in the space of a day. This is ultimately down to Habbo making it ever more easier to complete quests as well as the introduction of the help system, which again is rarely used.
I remember back when Lizzie was manager for a brief while she made a drastic change to the department with the introduction of all staff getting rights and other things along those lines. I'd love to see @Ekelektra; do something similar, shying away from the help side of the help desk and develop it into something fresh. E.g. Firing a few staff members and turning the help desk role into a room moderating role, possibly turning the department into a less demanding one than it already is.

You say it's terrible yet you don't justify why scott. It's a de facto lounge already and all the help desk staff do when they are actually behind the bars are moderate or have banter with people.

I remember when I did SNQ.
Some people were moaning cos they didn't want a point update and some were moaning cos they did.
It's really hard to please people when doing it ;l

Go look through feedback and you'll see the 10 threads regarding this already that's been shot down and justified as to why it was a **** idea.
