You say it's terrible yet you don't justify why scott. It's a de facto lounge already and all the help desk staff do when they are actually behind the bars are moderate or have banter with people.

On the other hand, you could argue if it's already a 'de facto lounge' by the vast majority of habbox people (and I'd agree, it is generally used for that purpose) then to make that official is pointless when the help desk actually does still help people. Clearly, it's not used as much since the old days when other tools to help people weren't in place but people still do come in to ask for help and they're also very often the very same people who Habbox needs to attract ('how do i get credits' seems to be a common question which could be perfect advertising for comps and events) so to remove that is to remove a useful advertising tool and more effort actually needs to be done on making the most of that opportunity - staff don't always realise when they could advertise more effectively than spamming a link - rather than taking that away and turning it into an official lounge when its already an unofficial lounge.

I think if it was called some sort of like "Habbox Party Room" it'd gain way more attention and probably be easier to get more users. Like someone else has said, you could just have a few mods to moderate the room and that's about it. I don't think the whole "how to get credits" people coming to the room ain't the best, because they want them right NOW, meaning all the advertising is gone down the drain and simply no point.

Yeah lol multiple reports about her bullying people and being generally useless so she's made senior HELP DESK staff (lit even funnier than me being community support manager) and no action against her in events although to be fair they can't really afford to lose even more of their staff

I find it funny how Martin and Alex will fire people who host popular events such as myles and evanora because they probably like like them/lick their asses like Cassie's does and despite her being worse she's still thete

It's impossible to get on at Danny because he left before it finished and wasn't replying even then. Also well done missing the point entirely Mark even after it's been explained many many times - it's about the fact that she was cheating and lying about what questions she got right, not that she "won". If she's actually got more points then it wouldn't be an issue but she didn't

Also Q20 the accepted answer which she got was in fact incorrect, as people do not "tell jokes" if they don't get treats while trick or treating lmao

Tbf, I found out at 5 to 7 and questioned Danny on Skype regarding it the minute I was told, he told me he hadn't and I asked him to change the questions if he had, at which point he then continued to promise he hadn't and I presumed that it was all some kind of joke. Obviously that wasn't the case and the questions weren't changed and I couldn't be at the event to make sure that whatever should have happened did. At this point in time I'm still awaiting a copy of the questions asked and what not, but I am still quite annoyed that I am still finding out, even now, that other people, not just the person in question were given the answers for this SNQ. Once I know whats going on in HxHD it will be paramount we make sure the rules in place for SNQ are actually followed, as there were quite a few things that weren't followed for the SNQ's of late.
