I've seen a few people say this, but I didn't even think about the actors of the Simpsons dying. As it's just the voice, you don't even think.

I wonder how they will write her off. I was half expecting someone else to take over as while the original voice over for Meg in Family Guy is still alive someone else voices her now. I hope they do something with the character to give her a good send off.

And I still have the same question. By that does it mean she'll just disappear, quickly fade out or die? I mean - it isn't impossible to do a death episode where she doesn't talk at all.

Ah I see. Probably just fade her out of existance. Maybe a letter to Principal Skinner or who ever (haven't watch Simpsons in ages!)
