The most OR house on the game. I had it and moved out after a week... it annoys me when people just wait outside with sticky bombs blowing up cars as soon as they come out. Theres quite a few nice houses if not nicer with the same 10car garage. The one I have now (Richard Majestics) is imo nicer than the 400k apartment. It has a better view and its not as obvious as the 400k in RH.

There is really no point in buying an apartment imo, but you do get an achievement when you buy your first one. I would rather buy just a 10 car garage with no apartment lol

You need an apartment to do heists, so there is a point (can also set spawn to house rather than last location so you always spawn safe if you're that bad or easier to get back from like 5 miles away). I'm pretty sure higher tier house (so the 200/250k one being lowest, 400k being highest) the higher level or heists you can do apparently (not confirmed afaik yet)

Done the knife flights, not too hard once you get the hang of them. Done all under the bridges too.

Not sure on what to do next.. got eaten by a shark though today
