People used to moan and still do moan about furni from quests being untradeable, so what is the purpose of wanting this? Tradeable or not, it is terrible. It will make the furniture look so common and will degrade it all making it a lot cheaper and be really annoying.

But meanwhile the demand for furni avaliable through the subscription will fall which will lead to the lowering of prices and the loss of coins for anyone who has furni avaliable through subcription.

It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't want people to persuade the vote. However, even if most people vote no, they'll still end up charging for it since the feature seems nearly complete anyway.

I'd hoped it would be a room preview before you brought the furni, so like create your room > buy your room in one purchase.
Seems not as the BETA testing for this is underway on a test hotel by selected users.

Powertoo seems not to be able to grasp the simple fact that this will adversely effect those WITH furni and mostly likely those who have bought credits and it will benefit poor people (soz but it will) surely this isn't a good money making scheme?
